Following carpet installation and finishing trades, this phase refreshes the property and removes any dust or debris accumulated during final works.

- Kitchen and bathroom refreshing
- Removal of stickers and protective coverings
- Window polishing

Sparkle Clean (Final Hand-Over Clean)
The final presentation-ready stage ensures properties are move-in ready and looking their absolute best for handover or viewings.
What's included:
- Complete presentation-level clean
- Glass and mirror polishing
- Full sanitization
- Floor buffing
- High-level dust removal
- Mark removal where possible
